Noelah Godrey Msuya is the Founder and Executive Director of Child
Support Tanzania (CST), an NGO dedicated to disability-inclusive
education and support for underprivileged youth in Mbeya, Tanzania. Over
her 14-year leadership, CST has grown into a respected organization,
establishing an Inclusive Early Childhood School and reaching 1,000
children with disabilities and 1,600 underprivileged children.
Noelah has been instrumental in training teachers, establishing Parent
Support Groups, and creating Child Rights Clubs. She holds awards for her
outstanding contributions to disability rights and has a background in
Special Needs Education. Her professional skills include project and
financial management, teaching inclusive classes, and organizational
development.
